Search Form Instructions

The search form allows you to choose criteria for a search of the Teaching File. When the search is complete, there will be a list of links to the cases that were found by the search. If you submit the form without making any choices, except for the default choices, all of the cases in the Teaching File will be returned from the search. You may make one choice from each category to limit the search (be sure to use the vertical scroll bars because some of the boxes have more choices than will fit in the viewing area at one time), but you do not have to make a choice for every category. The default choice "Any" allows all of the choices in the category to be considered in the search. You may enter a fragment of a diagnosis or the full diagnosis. For instance, entering "Paget" and "Paget's Disease" will both return the Bone Scintigraphy cases entered with the diagnosis of "Paget's Disease". Be careful of how fragmented your entry is; an entry of "P" in place of "Paget's Disease" is valid, but you will get a few extraneous cases that also have "P" in their diagnoses. Please remember there might not be a case that fits certain combinations.

Search Suggestions:

Try making one choice (besides "Any") from each category listed.
