Patient: 36 year old female

History:

Status post renal transplantation x 2 for end-stage renal disease secondary to reflux nephropathy. The most recent renal transplantation was in July 2007. The patient presents with fever and night sweats. Please assess for posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD).
