Unknown Case

Patient: 31 year old male
History: 31-year-old man with Duchenne's muscular dystrophy, currently hospitalized with complaints of chest pain and shortness of breath.  He is status-post tracheostomy following a prior hospitalization for pneumonia and respiratory failure and uses a home ventillator at night.  He acutely desaturated to 70% during a bowel movement on the day of the examination and was also complaining of acute chest pain, severity 10/10.  On the day prior to this study, the patient underwent a bronchoscopy the day prior, which demonstrated increased secretions in the right lower lobe.
